Worst customer service. Did not finish left over item even after 10 months. They do not focus on customer satisfaction rather try to get rid of owner after possession. Design-q people are horrible and do a lot of mistakes. When you ask to correct it, they do not accept their mistake. Finally, decided to file claim with new home warranty and if it does not solve there then will be taking legal action.
