The + the hotel has a reception area, bar, disco and restaurants (breakfast, dinner) which overlooks a beautiful view of the sea and its port, which is bordered by a few shops, a restaurant for lunch, a theroom, from a beach marina with music and bar. This whole "noisy" area is located southwest of the complex, towards the amphitheater and in the direction of the wind. This attenuates the propagation of noise for customers who want peace of mind. The rooms are also very well dispersed, in several buildings, with lots of paths, stairs and ramps. I really liked the architecture and it is well thought out. The bedrooms are spacious with comfortable beds for adults. Room service is ok.
The 3 swimming pools (approx. 1.20m deep) are clean and surrounded by bars and towel service, as is the seafront. The beach has fixed parasols or gazebos, wooden deckchairs and windscreens. braided.
The beach and the port are bordered by magnificent corals and fish of a great variety of colors, really splendid. Ideal for snorkeling.
What I disliked The food is varied but has only one taste, it's a shame in a country like Egypt where spices should be in the spotlight. We were only able to book a restaurant for dinner (Italian) once and the quality was better without reaching peaks.
In the room The mini-bar in the room does not cool drinks but freezes them. The air conditioning works very well, but for the unaccustomed it is quite noisy. The electrical voltage in the room could not support our hair dryer and therefore the circuit breakers tripped every time.
The staff who walk along the beach to "offer" treatment services (pedicures, manicures, hairdressers, etc.) sometimes tend to insist a little too much. We wanted a "relaxed" vacation and this aspect bothered us a bit.
An effort could be made to accommodate French-speaking customers because the predominant "foreign" languages are English, German and Russian.
Overall we were pleased with our "all inclusive" stay and would like to point out that the majority of the staff were very pleasant and cheerful.
