Terrible, service is dependent on the old devices they use from other companies...phone lines cut out after 5 minutes of talking and if there is an issue it takes the entire day or days to fix. They also are the only company that actually charges a termination fee if it is due to moving/closing a business and they are NOT the cheapest either even though you think you are getting a deal. They quoted me almost $400 dollars for internet/phone at one location...then I called Cox cable and they quoted me less than $200. They literally do not care about the customer and are only in it for a single contract then they move onto the next victim
