I would advise the people at Van Eigen Haard to keep up with the times. A prognosis had to be made, this prognosis could only be submitted with a physical stamp. Everything goes digital nowadays. If you report this to customer service you will be put on hold for 5 minutes to hear that an accounting office should have a stamp, or that you just have to hand it in and hope for the best. I personally find this far from professional.
