I recently purchased a laser system from this company and my overall experience was average. The product delivery was prompt and the packaging was secure. However, I found the customer service to be lacking in terms of responsiveness and product knowledge. Furthermore, the website interface was not user-friendly, making it difficult to find specific product information. The quality of the laser system itself met my expectations, but I believe there is room for improvement in terms of customer support and website usability.
