For us the design was based on cashflow and investment driven, we just wanted a good, cost efficient, quick building time properties that would be effective for tenants. The build time was fantastic and fast even over the Christmas period. Happy with the fact both houses were completed within the same time frame, very well coordinated. Suggest staff are more familiar to investing when clients are building more than one property. Aims, time management and expectations are slightly different. Looking forward to working with the company again for future development of our property portfolio. The final product is well worth it. Thank you.
