The good thing about this mall is the variety of activities you can do. It is more like a theme park than a shopping centre: For instance, people usually plan in advance to visit the place. Although MOA is such a big place, it can still get crowded and chaotic at times. Getting there can be difficult because of the heavy traffic situation in the area. Additionally, customer service competency is still typical of SM malls despite the larger number of staff. Overall, it is a typical SM experience, only bigger.
