Totally disappointed at the way this place has turned out after returning at the Philippines. It has become so huge that unless you know the mall well enough to navigate, you'd get lost pretty easily and you'll be aimlessly wandering around wondering where you want to go. The most problematic is the fact that there are areas that are exposed to Manila's humid heatwave, so wandering outside can give you a workout leaving you sweaty and sticky. There are limited maps if you can find them, but where the heck is the most common arrow pointing you to where are in the map? It's like you're in a treasure hunt with a map, comparing the layout of the place to pinpoint your exact location thus finding where you are in mall. If you find yourself inside the mall, there are hotspots inside where you can feel the aircon isn't working properly or not working at all. I've decided to fully give this place a pass in the future and never to return. There's other malls in the area that are more hospitable. Good luck to those who'll try to brave this mall, I suggest bringing someone that can show you around the place so that you may enjoy it more.
