I had a very bad experience with the service department at McCombs Ford West. I made an appointment to have my vehicle checked out. I dropped my vehicle off before the time of my appointment, and the representative told me he would contact me in a few hours. After 6 hours I had to call several times, and leave a message before I received a call back. The representative hadn't worked on my truck and informed me that it would be the next morning before my vehicle would be looked at. The following day I waited until noon to call the dealership because they never called me. My representative was available, so I waited for a call back. He called and gave me the information I took in to be serviced for, and I declined their service because the lack of communication and horrible customer service. I told my service representative that I would be in to get my vehicle, and then he told me that there would be a 140.00 diagnostic fee which he never relayed or spoke of before or when I dropped the vehicle off. I went to pick up my vehicle, and all I was given was a receipt for a diagnostic check. No diagnostic check report!!! I waited for my representative for 30 minutes and he never showed up. I paid my money for a receipt, and left. I would never go there again and never refer anyone there.
