During my stay from 26 to 29 Oct '18, i was unable...

During my stay from 26 to 29 Oct '18, i was unable to find sit for myself, my mother n sister, who are also the frequent guest of Island Shangrila hotel, for two occasion due to the staffs n senior staff were NOT assigning seats according to the number of customers, but instead customers were allowed to sit anywhere they like n resulted that one customer sit at table for 6 person.

When i question the senior staff name Teresa she was not professional enough to explain reasonably well n told me to accept the way it was.

At Cafe Too, staffs assign seat according to the number of customers therefore all customers got their seat fairly n happily. This is the way it should be n been practiced every hotels n cafes n clubs. No exceptional to been from China or other countries.

Please improve this wrong doing by the staffs at 47 floor, the Horizon Club Lounge, as it have caused many guests to be turned away n disappointed.
