I was passing through Gainesville, heading further...

I was passing through Gainesville, heading further south, in need of an oil change. The line for service was long and the service advisor, Timothy Douglas, who took care of me also had a line of customers waiting on him ahead of me. Tim was courteous and friendly to all of us and the service was faster than expected. I was back on the road in about an hour and I would definitely stop by for more service in the future if necessary.
