I applied for home equity loan have excellent credit paid the 150 appraisal fee no problem They come back saying our home isn't appraising for what we thought..Even though the comps around me are all around 205-225 mine appraised for 198.sorry thanks for your donation of 150..I feel I just got robbed ..
