To be frank, I typically do not take the time to write bad reviews and this is my first. This is by far the worst water service (out of four) I've dealt with. The first time I was supposed to get a bill, it never came in and I had to call them a month after it was due when I DID get a letter telling me it was past due. Secondly, it is not a user friendly service. It was bad before but it has gotten worse. Originally I was able to pay my bills over the phone. Without any type of notification, this option is no longer available.

So... I went to see about this new online option. Where as I can easily pay my gas and electric bills online (WITH NOT ADDITIONAL CHARGE) The City of Falls Church water service provider InvoiceCloud charges $0.95 (95 cents) for e-check payments and 2.95% of the amount paid for credit card payments with no option for a customer owned direct deposit. To make matters worse, the system does not currently support VISA. Who doesn't support VISA??!

There is a direct deposit option that involves the customer sending a written document to the city and involves more work to keep up with. To be frank, I'm constantly disapointed in this service and if I had the choice to switch to a better one I would.
