I've been taking my dog, Cassie, to Camp Bow Wow at the Charlotte Metro location for over a year now. She's always excited when we pull up to the building. I usually leave her for a full day of daycare, and she's always wiped out when she gets home. The staff is great, always friendly. My only complaint is that the webcams on their website don't work anymore - for over a few months now. The webcams are great. When Cassie first started here, I loved checking in on her throughout the day. That tapered off over time, since I felt more secure about her staying at Camp Bow Wow. The cameras do work on the mobile app, but I wish they'd work on the website so I can view it on my work computer. Other than that, if my dog is happy with Camp Bow Wow, than I am happy!
