I went to the store to exchange my bottom scrubs for a bigger size and I was told I couldn t exchange them because one of the 4 tags that were on the scrub was ripped off. They asked me if I worn them. I said I tried them on at home and they are just too tight that i could not wear them, I said I need a bigger size. They said I am sorry we can t take your scrubs because we think the scrubs were worn a little . Me and my husband are never going back to this place... terrible customer service and rude people.

Their prices are the highest I've seen and I shop at several different scrub stores. The exact same brands cost less at scrub stores within a few miles.

Great selection of scrubs as well as excellent customer service.

I walked in, offered my own coat, it was $15 for just my initials and last name for a 2 week turnaround. $35 if I wanted it in 3 days. Can t pay at pickup so you don t even know how the quality will be.

Take your business down to Medical Uniforms on Fredericksburg rd instead. It s only $9 and a 3 day turnaround because they do their work in house.

Rude employers and the selection for men is Horrible. Very gender biased scrub shop.

Said they would have the scrubs ready in a week. Going on two weeks plus.

They are trying to do anything for money now. You can't even bring your own scrubs, you have to buy new ones to get embroidered.....using the excuse of "covid". Do you all test people when they walk in? Do you insure people lysoled their clothes before they go in? Are you making sure they washed their hands before they go in and touch other merchandise? Do you investigate every piece of merchandise that is brought to location from where the clothes were made before you all sale? I'm sure at least one of these are a no. But yet you can't take uniforms that were bought from their and have them embroidered.

Best uniform shop in SATX! They also have a location at downtown. Great customer service, very attentive and personal! These girls go out of their way to please you and make you look good! Great selection of brands and varieties. They also do t-shirts, polo, shirts, bags, you name it they have it. Our office is very pleased with them and will continue using them! It's our one-stop shop!

Prepare to spend big$$ very expensive selection available. Nothing cheaper that 28$ for one piece.

The words "profcient customer service" are unknown at the medical center location. My employer provides a specific budget in store credit for uniforms and other work related articles found in the store. The sales person Jaqueline took up the task of not allowing me use my full budget. She also felt entitled to deny the use of a 15% off merchandise. Same discount used by all my coworkers who also redeemed their uniform budget on the same weekend. Jaqueline is unprofetional and not an appropriate representation of the potential of this establishment. I do not recommend this store. The one star is by default since you cannot post with ZERO stars although that is the true rating.

I agree with many others when it comes to getting things embroidered here. The cashier assured me my shirts would be ready by the following friday so i did not pay the rush fee. I went in that next friday to recieve them and they told me they werent ready or they did not know where they were or when they would be ready. The cashier assured me he would give me a text before the day was over with information about my tops yet i never heard anything back that day. I called the following day a lady answered assured me she would check on it and call me back in 10 minutes. Two hours passed and i had to call back because i did not recieve another follow up from them. When i called back the man assured me they would be ready by monday, and when i went to thank him for him checking up on my tops he hung up the phone on me without saying anything. Unfortunately i will not be doing embroidery with this store ever again.

Poor customer service, and takes way too long for ordering and embroidering, and very unorganized. I will never shop in this store again. If there was an option of no stars that's what they would get.

Large selection of men's and women's scrubs. Zach, an associate, was beyond helpful and courteous. Definitely worth checking out if you are looking for scrubs. They do offer embroidery.

I am a cosmetology major And my school forced me to go to this specific vendor. I have a compound last name. So after a few weeks of waiting to receive my scrubs they only put half of my name I payed 85$ for this uniform and they tell me (I don t know my name and I need to pay more money)and it ll be ready in 10 business days. It took them 5 weeks to put 5 letters on my uniform!!!I needed it a week from now this place is awful.

I have been buying from Sunshine for the 5 years I have been in San Antonio. They are a bit expensive but give a small discount for those in the medical field. I have not had any issues until today. In the past I showed my work badge and it was entered into the computer system. Next visits they look me up and verify for the discount to be applied. For some unexplained reason today a discount was not offered. When I asked about it the sales clerk requested my badge (which I did not have on me) and said she couldn't "find" me in the computer and is required to see the badge. Therefore no sale. Fine. I found my badge in my car console and went back in JUST to show it to her. I WILL NOT GIVE MONEY TO THIS COMPANY ANYMORE...YOU DONT TREAT REPEAT CUSTOMERS BADLY AND EXPECT A GOOD OUTCOME

I have been ordering here for a while..always the same color I ordered 4 sets and they ordered me the wrong color had them embroidered. When I got the order in I told them it s the wrong color they said I can t return / exchange them...my boss told my I need the correct color. I called them they said they can t help. I spoke to a lady she said all she can do is make a note on my account. That does not help me at all. Very disappointing

Regularly go above and beyond for their customers, no matter how big or how small. They frequently make you feel important. Would return for all my uniform and embroidery needs.

sunshine is a great place to get wonderwink scrubs. they may have a limited selection of smaller sizes in the store, but you can always order them and pick them up in a week or two. if you special order, you can even get short/long pant lengths, and shipping is always free! this is my go to for scrubs in san antonio because it's close to where i live and the prices are fairly competitive. they also do a great job with embroidering!

BEWARE they have a 10-12 business day on getting the embroidery done. I was not informed about this and the cashier knew it was my first time. Had I known about the "rush fee" they offer for $20 then I would have paid that fee, considering I needed the scrubs for the very next day. I was informed from a friend that they can get them done the same day, and like I said I was not informed about the rush fee. They should really inform customers more about the time, especially if they know it is their first time there. i had to go out and purchase more scrubs, and wear them to work without the logo.

There are many scrub shops around this shop, if you need scrub before 2 weeks I recommend you going to other shops. But if you have lot of time, then go for it. Prices are pretty much the same among other scrub shops.

The staff is really friendly and I love how they help me find what I need. Am happy to go. Orders come in a timely manner and they are organized. Plus since I work at UHS we get a 30% discount.

Awesome customer service. Very helpful and informative sales reps. Way to go. Definitely coming back to shop for new shoes.

The location downtown has a bigger selection of sizes and styles.

I purchased some embroidered lab coats from the Medical Center store. The embroidery came back correct, but unfortunately, I did not notice the actual coats had a manufacturer defect until I was home. I brought them back to the store and Ariel was so helpful at initiating replacements immediately. The new coats needed to be embroidered as well, so she kept me updated on the status. She always had a great attitude. I felt like I was a priority and that my issue was important. Thank you for all your help, Ariel!

Absolutely the worst!!! I have ordered tops with embroidery from here, was told that it would be 10 business days. It is WAY passed that time and no one has contacted me. EVERYTIME I call NO ONE answers, they just let the phone ring and ring and ring. very tempted to go get my money back. Regardless this will DEFINITELY be the last time I EVER give them my business.

I buy my scrubs here and I tell my coworkers where to go. I get a nice discount through my employer.

Whoever was working at 2pm on 8/13/20 is inattentive, unhelpful and cold. There were maybe 1 or 2 people in the store. I found what I needed there on my own but am choosing to buy it from Amazon for the same price instead.

No one greeted us or asked if we needed help, store wasn t busy at all. When I asked if there were any galaxy blue lab coats the girl with the giant false eyelashes points to a rack of all white lab coats. Thanks for nothing.

I have never been to a store that pays so much attention to fabric and style detail. love their selection of medical uniforms -- especially the stretchy soft workout material ones. (thank goodness for moisture wicking!)

Love this place and the fact that they give discounts for the UTHSCSA employees is definitely a plus!!
