I joined Spectrum as a fresher and I think its the right place for a Fresher to start their Career Life.

I joined Spectrum as a Trainee in Software Testing. During my training period, I got the opportunity to be a part in Live Projects. Seniors and Team Manager helped me a lot during my training period. Reviews from them helped me to improve my career.

During the Training period itself, I got placed in Spectrum and it was a great experience to work with an energetic and Supportive Team.

I worked for 3 years as a Software Test Engineer and also got the opportunity to provide the Training for Freshers. I think it helps me to grow in my career life.
