We recently hired HIVEX to finish our basement. We were impressed from the first phone call, to our Sales Rep. Michael who went through the HIVEX process. We could see how organized HIVEX is from our conversation, to financial options, professional brochures, and well laid out schedules. Michael was very respectful and we never felt pressured to make a decision. We quickly called back and had a start date on the calendar. Our Project Manager, Bob was very professional and knowledgeable. The plan was very well laid out and they always communicated what the next steps would be. Bob was always quick to answer any questions we had and to give suggestions when we were uncertain. The teams can do attitude left us with no worries on the superb job that they accomplished. They proved that they stand behind their commitment. We LOVE our basement and highly recommend HIVEX to finish your basement too!
