They have terrible customer service. They threw away my spare key and then refused to return my messages about it. A well run business would take care of my 50 cent key and turn a detractor of their business into a promoter of it! They also don't really mention at the move in phase that the free truck isn't free when you leave. They should disclose this up front because If feel like it was hidden from me on purpose. So when a business doesn't take ownership of a simple issue like my key imagine how they handle a big issue! I will be loud and persistent in getting the message out about this in the community. On a side note, I could've earned $200 already referring some folks who I met at work who had need for self storage (I'm in a high volume sales job). I let them know about my experience and that guided them elsewhere.
