Navarra venues do not support their customers or their future bookings.
They provide no support during this time but ask for more money and say that if our event is cancelled, we don't get the tens of thousands of dollars back because they can eventually deliver on their promise.

The copy and paste response given to all the reviews here show how little Navarra care for their customers, but rather see them as a number and income.

Are you really impacted if you continue to take people money and deliver on nothing? Sounds profitable!!

The abusive phone calls are not because of COVID-19 but rather because of the owners of Navarra incapability to care or have any morals in regards to their customers but rather just care for their own income.

I feel for the staff who are always friendly, but have to stick to horrible requirements and treat customers like rubbish to keep a job.

no point in the contract does it say you're allowed to postpone an event and the customer isn't entitled to any refund whatsoever. How is it fair to force postponement when some couples are unable to but would rather cancel? Cancelling means losing life savings for many couples.

Navarra is nothing but a selfish company who doesn't care about you.

Saving your prestigious brand should be more important long term than taking money off helpless couples in a time where they're struggling also.

Become more flexible, look after your customers, and your reviews won't be so bad.

My best friend is getting married at a Navarra venue, she now has anxiety and is terrified that her savings will be taking away from her to benefit a rich company whilst she suffers with no respite in sight. She has lost her job due to COVID, has a wedding that the venue are forcing postponement on and won't even negotiate giving some money back as now all she can afford is a small wedding ceremony at a Greek Church. Meanwhile, $14k is sitting with the family at Navarra for an event they will never deliver.

We are all suffering right now, it's not time to play against your bookings.

My family won't ever book with you again. From now, we will only want to book our dream events with a company who see us as people and treat us with respect, not take our money and run.
