Never have heard anything like this: we book a week in advance to take our friends out for dinner for their wedding anniversary. Get a phone call 2 nights before to cancel our reservation because they have a bigger better table that booked, sorry . Absolutely ridiculous. And when ask how is this possible their replies were rude not not very helpful. We certainly did not expect this from such a fancy place. You would think that with their annual income they should be able to train their staff or simply employ better staff. After seeing the reviews here we can see a pattern: Poor, unfriendly and unprofessional service for a so called 4 star hotel.
