Love the property, it's stunning. I actually watched it being built. So with great anticipation I was ready for this spa to open. My first experience there was a little lackluster. Had a very difficult time making a reservation. I tried to make an online appointment, but it was very cumbersome process. Made several calls and left a voicemail with no return call back.
The spa did not open on time, even though I was told to be there 30 minutes in. I had to wait and the delay cut into my experience alone with the steamer being broken for my facial appointment. Pretty disappointed. But it is a beautiful property
