My experience with Baka has been beyond disappoint...

My experience with Baka has been beyond disappointing. I chose Baka because I'm a teacher and ETFO has them as a provider. ETFO, we can do better, find a new partnership. They sent me a defective phone and the process for trying to exchange it has been weeks. They wanted me to pay to ship it back, despite it being defective. They have accused me of not returning calls (when they had my phone) and continually put the problem on me, despite detailed explanations and dates/emails of their lack of communication. I have tried to cancel, but they told me I am passed my time frame, which I didn't receive because they called the number on the phone they had. This has been one of the poorest customer service experiences I have had.
