I was excited to get started with Smith Thompson after reading all the great reviews. But my personal experience was far from positive. I scheduled for an install but when the technician came out he informed me he did not have enough time to install and had another appointment elsewhere. The technician promised he would have someone reach out to me to reschedule this appointment. I waited a day and heard nothing back, so I called to try to get this rescheduled. The sales agent was very helpful and said he would arrange for someone to install the new system. Still nothing almost a month later, so I call back today and spoke to Matt. Matt was very rude and a bad representative which made my fat final decision to not move forward with Smith and Thompson. Hope this is just a one off situation.

Update 3/26/18. Service has been completed and we are up and running with a security system. Thank you all for the redo. Everything went well so I wanted to update my review rating to a 5 Star. Thanks.
