Very poor experience at the dealership. Now in all fairness not all salesmen/women are probably that bad at the dealership. Might have been my unlucky day. But I am rating based on the experience I had.

The salesperson didn t seem interested. Was not approachable. He did not add to my pre existing knowledge. What kind of a salesman would let you leave the dealership without talking numbers.

The didn t have the version of Pacifica that I would be interested to buy. I did not see any effort on the salesperson part to show me the vehicles.
