This was my first time buying a car and I would go back here in a heartbeat! Jim was funny, respectful, and fair. I definitely feel like I got a great deal for my used 2013 Ford focus. We went to two other places before this dealership and the customer service was nowhere near equivalent to this Ford. Overall a very painless experience for my first car purchase.
