DONT BUY ANY CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP OR HONDA IN GENERAL!! Would have given zero stars if possible. NEVER going to buy a Honda again. To start this Honda has the worst customer service I ve ever experienced. The service manager in particular Thomas Russel and the general manager Patrick Agan. My mom bought a new 2017 Honda Fit from this dealership in Feb 2017. Have been having multiple issues with the car. The alarm system is the real kicker. Since owning this car We ve had to bring it in multiple times because the car alarm would randomly be going off in my drive way at all hours, 2am, 4am, and while at work also. They kept returning the car saying it was fixed and the same issue would happen. We had enough when the car was vandalized and broken into, windows smashed, but guess what wasn t going off. The car alarm. Over 1k if merchandise was taken. We brought the car to Honda demanding an answer to why the alarm didn t work. That finally got them to actually look at the car. To only find out the entire electrical system was faulty. It took them more than 3 consecutive weeks to fix the car. We had to consistently call and ask questions as to what was wrong and when it would be ready. Finally after 3 1/2 weeks not even the service manager could call us about the car. We specifically asked if we could speak with him when we went to pick up the car. We were told yes that he would be there. Only for him to be in a meeting for 2 days when My mom arrived to pick up the car. This entire experience with Honda has left us so upset and I am writing this review to prevent it happening to anyone else.
