I brought my Clarity fuel cell vehicle for servicing of a Honda safety recall software update.
Although I arrived an hour before my scheduled appointment, due to changes in my own calendar, the service advisor wrote up my job at once.
An hour later, having comfortably worked in the spacious, immaculate waiting area of the dealership, I was on my way.
The greeter, service advisor, and service manager all were welcoming and efficient.
