I definitely did not have the best experience. I set up valet service 3 weeks ago for a Wed at 8a and the day my car was supposed to be picked up for maintenance service, I get a call at 840a asking if I still wanted valet service. Umm duh, i changed my whole work schedule for this and they ended up coming 2 hrs later at 10:15a. I was honestly going to cancel since I had to be at work soon. In addition, I noticed my address was outdated so I changed it (also a few weeks ago) through the website AND personally emailed a staff member, Bobbie, to update it on file. But when they called me, nothing was updated. Cool. So the service was performed and of course, everything is overpriced, 3 fluids cost $700, wipers $37, etc. Radley, the staff member who mainly helped me that day, said he wanted to give me a free carwash but acted like I didn't know we get a complimentary car wash at Honda but wanted to charge me in the beginning. It was just a pretty bad overall experience and I might just take my car to Honda of SF next time and see how that goes.
