This is an update to the review below and it refers to service experience I have had with Lexus on the park. I found it so difficult to get an appointment at Lexus on the Park I actually never had my vehicle serviced there after the first free checkup. I had it serviced by Toyota ..... Just as good and way cheaper. At Toyota on the Park they refused to do it but you can go to any Toyota dealer who doesn't have Lexus in house and they are happy to help. Recently I received 2 recalls from Lexus so took them back to Lexus on the Park and at the same time paid for a basic service (they check a bunch of stuff, rotate the tires, and oil change). It costs 328 + tax just for that. Than on top of that there was a fuse blown for the cigarette lighter. $50 to replace a 50 cent fuse you can buy at Canadian tire. The brakes are squeaky when I back up and have been since the car was 7 months old. They told me that even though the car is still under warranty and the brakes had lots of wear left ( only 31k) I would have to pay almost 300 to have them 'serviced'. I guess the warranty doesn't cover much? Anyway I don't know all Lexus dealers nickel and dime like they are desperate for money but it is annoying. Bottom line... $ 528 for an hour's work really. I will continue to go to Toyota in the future. I do want to ad that this negative review doesn't reflect on the individual (service consultant) who booked me in. He and the mechanic were both very professional. I am sure they are just following guidelines from management. If not for them I would have rated 1. Bottom line.... Lexus is a beautiful car and not much goes wrong but when it does don't expect much help... 4 year bumper to bumper warranty means very little it seems.
Purchased a new 2017 RX350 . Kevin Loth was our rep and was able to find one being produced at the factory in the exact colour and interior we wanted. Didn't expect this so late in the year. We were promised delivery within the week after production week and in fact the car was at the dealer the DAY AFTER production. Fantastic customer service all around , which included training on the new vehicle. As a small business man in a busy environment I know how hard it is to maintain the level of customer service i got from Lexus on the park. Not only did we get a fantastic vehicle at a great price, but we truly felt special . Kevin is just a really personable individual and we liked and trusted him. Kevin and the staff made our buying experience wonderful. I can see why Lexus on the park is number 1. :)
