I enrolled into Henry Harvin Black Belt training and certification course. On-boarding process was very smooth and access to online resources was given. Our trainer Mr. Simarpreet asked each of us to share our experiences on day 1 - during this process we realized that each one of us belong to different sectors and thus stage was set for peer learning as well. I must say that the hands-on exercise on minitab was very crucial for the deep understanding of various Hypothesis tests. Simarpreet concentrated on building fundamentals so that we don't get confused at a later stage of time.
Some of the positive points of the training are -
1) Focus on data type and other fundamentals
2) Lots of practical exercises on minitab and excel
3) Peer learning - sharing relevant experiences
4) Scenario generation for each Hypothesis testing
5) Trainer allowed us to ask as many questions as possible
6) Trainer concentrated on each one of us
Overall, I would advise those who are willing to build a solid foundation of six sigma to join this course.
