The dishes are creative and most were very tasty, though there were a couple of items that somehow missed the mark. The Shiitake doughnut, popcorn dish was interesting but it was hard to get past the unappetizing appearance. The Pretzel, ham and cheese, and mustard was a tasty good starter. The cheese in a jar is like cheese mousse. The charred broccoli, scramble eggs, apple was seriously delicious. Goat rolled in pasta, mole, butternut squash, mesquite was tasty; the braised goat was perfectly complimented by the combination of mole and butternut squash on top of pasta, topped with a sprinkle of pine nuts. The roasted chicken, left over bread stuffing, cabbage, apple brisket, dried chilies, pickles, white bread was a family family style main dish; the succulent chicken with a dash of the stuffing, baked apple and cabbage made up the perfect forkful of food. The bread pudding, malted ice cream, beer caramel is one of the best desserts in town.
