I was transferred 4 times when looking for a part....

I was transferred 4 times when looking for a part. The part department said they dont make the part anymore call service, service has no idea how to fix it.....parts has no idea what the replacement part is.....so you have employed folks either with no training, employees that dont care so you lost money!
