If I could rate this company with 0 stars would be so my experience with them. Horrible customer service, very "shady", withdrew me a value that was supposed to be left in 3x without interest a month and what followed was to solve the chaos. Not to mention that in addition to having made all payments until January 2020, which was missing, still managed to take me over 108 in March, money that I no longer had (just their jab all supporting by e) in full pandemic crisis, when we are all more anxious and tight. Apart from that the support is only the worst things I have seen, do not respond to emails, to get angry with us. I've asked my recordings many times and they just surround ... bad bad bad. Do not buy from the FNAC card, they are who manages the claims and are terrible.
