I love this resort - we just got back from our third time. The staff are so helpful and friendly, and nothing is too much trouble. The food is delicious, SKAI at sunset with a band playing is absolutely gorgeous and the choice of pools is great (lagoon pool is my favourite). Had a brilliant massage with my husband at the spa as well. Great location close to the surf beach and Garlic Lane for some shopping, and a short taxi ride away from the best restaurants of Seminyak (if you feel the need to leave at all). I would definitely recommend it for couples, but it seems equally great for families.
