I have just signed up to have work done on the roof of my home. Although the work has not been done yet, everything leading up to the actual procedure was SUPERB!
Both Janice and Chris, the project designers were thorough, completely professional and very patient in explaining what would be done, how it would be done and possible problems that would change the final price. The reason my wife and I initially signed up with Alure was my daugher who had and is having work done.
When the Alure personnel state that if there is a problem they will fix it, they are stating the truth. When a problem arose with one of the projects at my daugher's house, it was dealt with before my daughter and her husband even came down to the main office to voice their complaint. This indicates that Alure is reliable and certainly stands behind their work. I would recommend Alure to anyone contemplating any home improvement project!
