I have rented from here three times and all three times have been nightmares! The last rentals as a stand behind skid... Let me tell you... I could not get it to idle high enough to even move a pile of mulch. I did what most people would do.... change the spark plug... check the fuel line... etc... I ended up moving the entire pile by wheel barrel. I could not get it to even climb back on the trailer until I turned it around so it was downhill. I am usually not one to complain but come on. They offered me $30... I was a few minutes late due to the fact I had trouble getting it loaded... the equipment and management need an overhaul at the Ponce location. No ONCE was I asked what they could do to make me a raving fan... NEVER AGAIN! Back to Lowes where they know how to serve their customers.. I have had it with HOME DEPOT FOR GOOD THIS TIME. The charge for the 4.2 hours I had the machine was $186... Whatever... service your equipment... but that would probably take away from profit...and don't think the manager will care either, BUYER BEWARE!...
