I have worked for this company for almost 2 years, and there is never a dull moment. I came in with absolutely no experience with leasing, but the managers and team members were very encouraging and goal oriented, allowing me to learn and adapt quickly to something entirely foreign to me. I enjoy staying busy by assisting residents any way I can, and helping those looking for a new home find the best fit for them. I have worked at a few different properties within the company, and they have all been wonderful. All of the leasing consultants and maintenance team are some of the best coworkers you can ask for. This was a great career move for me, and I have enjoyed the experience so far, and hope to have many more years with WP!
