How come such a huge company like Google doesnt of...

How come such a huge company like Google doesnt offer a proper Support? Only Helpdesk Community Groups BS with volunteers. Thats ridiculous. Also I REALLY HATE YOUR RECAPTCHA Service. Never works properly. Most annoying thing in the whole Internet.
