I bought my first Lexus from South County in 2005....

I bought my first Lexus from South County in 2005. At that time it was the best car buying experience I have had. Sadly, my most recent purchases have not lived up to that level. In April of this year my wife visited the dealership to complete a financing transaction and it took over 4 hours to complete. The company used to sweat the details with every transaction. Now, it seems they have their own interests ahead of the customer. Anyway, the level of service is not even close to 10 years ago.

Late April......A follow up visit on a part for the car went well. Things may be looking up.
