I worked with Stephanie Molishus and had the MOST unprofessional experience of my life. She did not advocate for me and left me to continue to pursue her for information on my loan status. I had just refinanced my entire home with a broker who fought for me and to clarify the information that was holding me back with underwriting and with Stephanie it was the complete opposite. She didn't even have the integrity to call me and tell me underwriting didn't want to move forward--she emailed.
She had ZERO sense of customer service, NO communication and no idea how to advocate for her client. This company left me hanging for a MONTH on their decision.
Very uncaring and distant company. I DO NOT recommend doing business with them.
