if you are not available at time of delivery they will take order back put back into stock and charge you restocking fee i have been a 15 year customer and they done it too me customer service manager is more worried about his bottom line than cus service I have always told the sales team too drop off outside gate if i am not available but notes on accounts seem to not matter since they got rid of outside sales team.. i would not have ordered anything if i did not need it the fact they automatically put it back too stock is preposterous never received a call from any customer support i had too call since my order did not arrive the day after when i was expecting it.. well that 15 percent restock fee will be the last money they make form me. norton metals wilbanks metals north american metals many others besides them.. update after 2 weeks still no refund had too call and get rude too make it happen said was store credit only, bad that after being robbed of 15 percent restocking fee of material I needed they try and keep the rest as instore credit. Service has really went down since outside sales was done away with. Try norton metals instead... Four months later and nothing from them, with outside sales team i was contacted weekly by personal salesmen I will continue to do business with other sources including metal suppliers from Oklahoma that deliver free..
