This is ramen for white people who have no clue what good ramen is. The noodles suck. The broth is just salty with no depth. The chashu is tiny and dry. Egg is nothing special. What is good about this place? The ramen scene in DC is a barren wasteland full of imitators and people just trying to cash in. There is no love in this bowl. No cohesive identity. Just a bunch of ingredients thrown together to imitate miso ramen. And you can taste it. I've had instant ramen thats tasted better for $3.
