They had a brochure that says they deliver to nearby Coral Gables. I gave them a call to order a delivery and a lady asked me to wait a minute for her. It turned out to be 20mins whilst she went about doing her thing with all the noise in the background. I hung up and called again. This time she said she will be 'right with me'. She proceeded to put me on hold -- while I listened to her take orders from 3 other customers. After a 15min wait she hung up on me. I am a patient customer but this did not seem appropriate for a pizza place that advertises that they do deliveries and make you wait 30mins before they hang up on you. Very disappointed! Does anyone have a better experience calling for a delivery?
