Quality First installed a sump pump and dehumidifier in our basement 10 years ago which greatly improved our problem with excessive dampness. Randy Halal came for a routine service visit and discovered a pump needed to be replaced. So glad we kept up with our maintence so our system will continue to perform optimally.
