Rarely experienced such bad communication as here!
3 items would be delivered and assembled by appointment on Friday, which was also stated on the proof of purchase and packing slip. The company in question that took care of the delivery and assembly was not aware of this, as another date had been indicated to them, namely the Monday following that Friday.
Then they are there Monday, put the things together and one of the items appears to be missing !!
Twice (subdued) angry on the phone with Ikea Haarlem and it was impossible to make up for both errors that came from their side by delivering and / or assembling them on the same day; BAD and again BAD and the result is that they simply get away with "sorry, I am very sorry for you" ..........
