I am a Hemomadrid patient and I regularly go to the Santa Elena clinic to carry out the controls. All the times I have gone and used the hospital bathrooms (I can assure you that many), they were in an inadmissible situation, very dirty, with urine on the floors and smelling fatal. Also, the light turns off by itself within seconds, clearly it is poorly regulated. The next time I go I will file a claim.
