The cinema itself is great!

The cinema itself is great!

BUT....
The sales staff at the box office has been a bottomless impudence!
20 customers, 3 sellers one of which works the girls are gossiping away, refer us to the buffet in the 3rd floor !?

20 minutes late for the movie, although we were all there in time!
