I put a star because you can't put any. What a bunch of scoundrels and unpresentables. On 4/01 I ordered safety shoes from a well-known brand that they had in stock and with delivery in 4_5 days. After two weeks without knowing anything, I call to ask and they tell me that the brand has had fiscal problems and has been closed but that they have already solved it and have started to produce and plan to receive it on 01/31. On 08/02 I call again and they tell me that merchandise of the brand has entered them but by chance what I have asked for, no, they hope to receive it in a week .... Ha !!! On 02/14 I receive an email informing me that they will receive it between February 20-22. Today, considering that it has been more than enough time to have received it, I called again and the lady who has attended to me has told me again about the movie of the problems that the brand has had. Gentlemen, the problems you have with your providers are your problems. You should be ashamed to put up an item for sale that you know you will not be able to supply. It is you and not the brand that offers the article on its website !!! The least is that they mark it out of stock as 99.9% of the websites do. Of course, charge it from minute one after making the order. Today I have requested the return of my money and I have to say that they have already made it effective but what has been my amazement that I enter the web again and they continue to have the article available with the same delivery time !!! You are not ashamed, keep going, you are going to win customers by leaps and bounds. They certainly don't see my hair again.
