My daughter has MS. And with that she is subsepteble to UTI infection.Your staffs behavior is unacceptable Gabbing in groups about gossip, ignoring my daughter crying in severe pain. It took me an hour and half to get her an IV Needing help only to be ignored Telling me she's not dehydrated telling me she has no issues of infection, minimizing and dismissing the information given to u not reading her chart not taking proper precautions rushing her out of the hospital with no real digonoises.Only to read her discharge paperwork and find out you lied.... and not the first time all of this has happened you are neglectful and irresponsible. I'm contacting the Governing staff, the sisters, Cheif Medical officer, and Lloyd Dean.
