We were lucky enough to dine at the chef's table, which included a quick tour of the kitchen and the sound of pans clattering away in the background. The food was pretty much flawless, but the highlight for me had to be the dessert. Chocolate sphere with honeycomb sounds unassuming, but the presentation bordered on theatrical (I won't ruin the surprise). The boozy vanilla ice cream encased in white chocolate (and served in a bowl of dry ice) was also pretty incredible. The service managed to be very attentive but relaxed - I think our entire table was charmed by our friendly waiter from Toulouse. The restaurant itself is as elegant and understated as you'd expect, and very quiet for a Monday evening - we managed to get a booking at very short notice.
